Yes, all boxes and tape are included free of charge. All other packing materials can be purchased by calling our office.

We ask for you to flatten all boxes and arrange collection with our office. There is no timescale for the return of boxes.

Our estimator will assess how many wardrobe cartons you require and they will arrive on the day of the move. They will need to be emptied into your new wardrobes and returned to our porters on move day.

We do not charge a late key fee.

All dismantling and re assembling is to be discussed with our estimator. In most cases it will be included within the removal cost.

We specialise in upright and grand piano removals. This can be as part of your removal or a stand alone job.

Yes, we have goods in transit cover for up to £50,000. If you require a larger sum this can be arranged also.
